They brew their own beer ... my Northern Lights lager was good!
There was a chicken wings/pint special for $16.95 and that's what I got. My wings were lemon pepper and were good. I like that they were just deep-fried and had no batter.
Shawna ordered the Beef Dip with fries and it was a large portion (all the food seemed to be huge portions ... the nachos looked monstrous!) and she took half home. She said it was good and she'd get it again.
Monday nights are jazz and blues nights and tonight the Jazz Band-Its were playing. They were really good.
And here we are! It's been a few months since I've seen Shawna (when she last visited Toronto) so it was great to catch up with her.
Kennya was our server. She was friendly and took good care of us.
