Chadwick's Craft Kitchen & Bar, Toronto, ON

Gord and I had supper this evening at Chadwick's Craft Kitchen & Bar (on Howland Avenue at Dupont Street).  It's a cute spot.

We both ordered Way Southern Fried Chicken.  I thought the chicken was okay.  It wasn't juicy or hot, though.  I suspect it was either overcooked or had been sitting around for a while.  I squeezed lime on mine to add some moisture.

I ordered a side of Jamon Chino (it was pork loin that was like ham) and Gord ordered a side of potato salad.  I thought the Jamon Chino was okay and Gord thought his potato salad was just okay ... he said he wouldn't order it again.

We go here periodically - it sounds like we enjoy it more than you did! - but the other reason we visit regularly is that we are vegetarians, but we take friends or family here, so when they order meat, we know it's ethically raised and natural (no routine antibiotiscs, etc.): I love that they keep animal welfare in mind with their menu! Also, it's only a couple of subway stops away for us - bonus!
