Meewasin Trail, Saskatoon, SK

I went for a walk this evening along the Meewasin Trail ... I started near the Delta Bessborough and headed east and then back.

It was such a nice night and a lovely walk along the South Saskatchewan River.

Kiwanis Memorial Fountain
In memory of those who served in the Korean War
The Right Honourable Ramon John Hnatyshyn,
24th Governor General of Canada -
in celebration of the 125th anniversary of
confederation and the 100th anniversary of
our Ukrainian settlement of the Ukrainian
Canadian Congress

I ended up a sidewalk before heading back into the trail.

Next to Shakespeare on the Saskatchewan Festival
It would have been nice to do the Prairie Lily cruise but I didn't have time

 I headed toward the street.

I crossed the street to Nutrien Playland at Kinsmen Park ... I bet it is fun for kids!

The Kinsmen Play Village looked fun too!

Erected by the Saskatoon Football Association and
Citizens in memory of our fallen comrades of WWI
These bunnies were HUGE!

Heading east back to where I started ...

Five Altar Pieces by Bill Epp ...
to me it looked like a mama cat and her kittens
Denny Carr, a longtime local radio host
and legendary volunteer
Tribute to Youth by Bill Epp
Another big bunny!
