The James Hotel, Saskatoon, SK

I spent the last three nights in Saskatoon and stayed downtown at the James Hotel.  I'd stayed there before and liked it.

It used to be a condo building and was converted to a hotel.  They gave me a one bedroom suite ... sweet!

The tub was perfect!
The bed was comfy!

All the suites have a balcony and I had a river view.

The room had complementary bottled water, WIFI (it was speedy) and parking.  There was a Keurig in-room brewer with coffee, hot chocolate and tea, and an in-room safe in the closet.  There is a mini-fridge stocked with pop and alcohol and treats (cookies, nuts, etc.) ... you pay for what you use.  There is a bar in the lobby and you can order food.  There are lots of restaurants within walking distance.

There was also a complimentary full hot breakfast ($18 if you are a non-guest) with waffles, eggs, sausages, potatoes, ham, muffins, croissants, etc.  There was also a chef who will make you an omelette.  I stopped in there on Wednesday and had ready-made scrambled eggs, turkey ham and  fresh fruit.
