The patio was jammed so we sat inside.
They only serve three drinks. One is the Aperol Spritz, which is made with Aperol, bubbly prosecco and a splash of soda water. Aperol is an Italian apéritif made of gentian, rhubarb, and cinchona, among other ingredients. For non-alcoholic drinks, there is Lavazza espresso and Crodino, the Italian non-alcoholic aperitif. We ordered a Aperol Spritz.

If you'd like a snack, Bar Aperol has teamed up with The Cheese Boutique to create a food menu.
You choose what you want. Three items are $10, 6 are $15 and 9 are $20. Gord and I chose six ... Salame Toscano - Mild (Tuscan style sausage with cracked fennel), Coppa (salt and pepper pork shoulder that has been cured for three months), Italian kettle chips, crackers and flatbreads, Piave (Northern Italian cow milk cheese that has been aged nine months) and a Bombolone with raspberry. I tried everything but the cheese ... I'm not a fan of cheese. Gord loved it! Everything was delicious.
Julian was our server ... he was friendly and took good care of us.

Very popular drink in Europe. Looks like a fun place to hang out.
