Bar Poet, Toronto, ON

Gord and I had supper this evening at Bar Poet  in our 'hood (on Queen Street W at Dovercourt Road) ... it just opened a couple weeks ago in what used to be Church Aperitivo Bar and before that a Slavic Pentecostal Church.

Aside from appies, all you can order are pizzas ... and all pizzas are less than $10 and we both ordered one.  It was busy and it took about an hour for our pizzas to arrive.

Gord ordered a Hot Rod pizza with the hot honey on the side.  It's a good thing he got the hot honey on the side because it was sweet but HOT.  He said he'd get it again but with double pepperoni.

I got a Three Little Pigs pizza (with no parmesan ... not a fan).  It was a good pizza and I'd get it again.

Gord played the Skee-Ball.

The building is pretty at night.

Service wasn't overly attentive but I imagine they are still figuring things out.
