Southern Fried Pork Chops with White BBQ Sauce, Buttery Corn and Crispy Potatoes, Hello Fresh

Gord and I received a Hello Fresh box Saturday with four meals for two.

Gord made the Southern Fried Pork Chops with White BBQ Sauce, Buttery Corn and Crispy Potatoes kit for supper this evening.

The kit came with almost everything.

Ta-da!  I liked it and it would be easy to make on our own.  We don't usually fry kernel corn but it was good.  We have roasted potatoes fairly often and like them  The pork chop was good.  I was a bit concerned when I read that the sauce on the pork chop had horse radish in it ... but it was toned down and tasty.
