Gord went for a walk today and stopped in and picked up a couple of lemon tarts, which we had for dessert.
I love love love lemon meringue tarts and pies and this was delicious! The meringue was light and fluffy and the lemon cream was sweet but tart. Yum!
We'll be back!

That looks sooooooo goooood. My Mom used to make the best pies. I like to cook but not a fan of baking. YUM!
