Almost everything is in the mix. All I had to add was ground beef, onion, carrots (we had no celery so I added extra carrots) and a can of diced tomatoes. I got it started around 2pm and let it simmer for a couple hours.
Ta-da! It was good and hearty! There's tons left over for my lunches this week! Yay!
