Wishes knitted dishcloth

The Year of the Dishcloth is organized by the Kitchen Sink Shop. September's pattern is Wishes.

I used Bernat Handicrafter cotton yarn and a 5mm circular needle.

Cast on 36 stitches.

Border

• Rows 1-3: K36
• Row 4: K3, P30, K3

Wishes pattern

• Row 1 (and all odd number rows): K36
• Row 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12: K3, *K3, P3* 5 times, K3
• Row 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24: K3, *P3, K3* 5 times, K3
• Repeat Rows 1-24 of the Wishes pattern one more time (2 total)

Border

• Rows 1-4: K36

Bind off and weave in the ends.
