Beertown Public House, Toronto, ON

Gord and I had supper this evening at Beertown Public House (Wellington Street/University Avenue) … they just opened in August.

They have an Oktoberfest side menu and some German beer on tap ... so we had to have a Paulaner Oktoberfest Marzen.  Yum!  In addition to the German beer, they have a great selection of beer on tap.

I ordered the Southern Fried Chicken (minus the creamy cider slaw) and Gord ordered the the BT Brisket Platter (he swapped his fries for a garden salad).  There was a lot of food and both meals were delicious ... we’d get them again.

Matt was our server. He was friendly and chatty and took good care of us. Thanks, Matt!
