I made Country Chicken Chowder from a Mitchell’s Soup Company mix (they are in Aylmer, ON) for supper this evening.
To the prepackaged mix, I had to add browned chicken (I used chicken breast), an onion, potatoes, carrots (I’m not a fan of celery so I added extra carrots) and milk or cream in the last half hour (I used almond milk).
