I made Irish Beef Stew from a
Mitchell’s Soup Company mix (they are in Aylmer, ON) for supper this evening.
Almost everything is in the mix. All I had to add was beef, onion, carrots (we're not fans of parsnips so I added extra carrots) and potatoes. I got it started around 3pm and let it simmer for a couple hours.
Ta-da! It was really good and hearty! There's tons left over for my lunches this week! Yay!
