Roundhouse Craft Beer Festival, Toronto, ON

The Summer Craft Beer Festival was back today for the first time in a couple years at Roundhouse Park and it was fun to be there.

The gates opened at noon.  Gord and I got there about 11:45m and there was a long line-up to get in but once the gates opens, the line moved really quickly.

Every year there is a giveaway to the first couple hundred  people ... this year it was a pink neon cap and we were there early enough to get one.  Whoohoo!

There were lots of people but it never seemed crowded and the lines to get a beer, if any, were small.

Gord and I hung out with our pals, Jenn and Darlene.

It was a nice surprise to run into Jessica and Denyse.

Here's what I had (all were good):

Princess Clementine Sour - Longslice Brewery
Hazy Pale Ale - Something in the Water
Jam Stand Raspberry Sour - Nickel Brook Brewing
Blowout Cherry Vanilla Sour - Wellington Brewery
Braided Roads Orange Creamsicle - Stockyards Brewing
Orange & Cranberry Seltzer - Turkey Shoot Brewing
Dino Sour - Phillips Brewing
Tropical Storm Daiquiri Sour - Sawdust City
Five Alive Sour - Muskoka Brewery
Blueberry Smash - Orleans Brewing

This looks awesome! I missed it as am in Toronto this weekend. We went to the Jays game on Saturday so couldn’t have got to this. (They won, yay!) We did get to Blood Brothers Brewery twice and Bellwoods Brewery, so did okay. Both were terrific!
