360 The Restaurant at the CN Tower, Toronto, ON

To celebrate my retirement today, Gord took us to 360, the revolving restaurant at the CN Tower, for supper.

The restaurant is 351 metres (1,151 feet) above the ground.

It completes one rotation every 72 minutes. Here is the view looking westward towards home at 5:30pm and 7:45pm.

I started with a CN Tower lager ... fun can!

I ordered Roast Prime Rib of Beef (Aged 45 days, 10oz-cut cooked medium well), natural jus, mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus (I asked for the asparagus on the side for Gord as I’m not a fan).

Gord ordered King Cole Duck Breast (foie gras, jus, partridgeberry gastrique) and Foraged Mushrooms (white wine, butter, thyme).

We shared a dessert of raspberry ice cream and macarons.

And here we are!

Chris and Hamid took excellent care of us and it was a lovely time
