Spring Run-Off, High Park, Toronto, ON

Gord and I walked 5km in this morning’s Spring Run-Off in High Park. It was a nice morning for it … sunny and fairly warm. 

Here we are, ready to go!

And we're off!

Once we started, we split up. Gord walks faster and I still have left calf and right thigh injuries that slow me down … plus I like listening to tunes.

The last km is a killer hill up up up!

The finish line is in sight ... yay!

My red face when I got my medal because I'd just come up that hill! Ha!

The medal is cute as is the teeshirt, representing Toronto and High Park.
