Jean Darlene Piano Bar, NXNE Music Festival, Toronto, ON

I volunteered tonight at the Jean Darlene Piano Bar (Dundas Street W between Dovercourt Road and Ossington Avenue) with the NXNE Music Festival. It’s a cute spot that you enter through the alley behind the building. 

Nooshin was the stage manager and I was the ticket handler. 

Though I was downstairs, I could hear the sets of Oshanna, Odreii and Neela and I caught the last bit of Jared Daniel’s set … they had a soul/R&B vibe.
