We’d seen Keith last year during Fringe and he was fabulous so we wanted to see him this year … and he didn’t disappoint.

Sounds like a great event. Living in the downtown core is certainly a plus. We used to take part in many similar events in Montreal now we don't even consider them as getting into the city is pure misery.
