Ruby Soho Bar, Toronto, ON

Gord and I met his cousin, Deanne, who is visiting from North Carolina, for lunch at Ruby Soho (on King Street W at Portland Street). It was nice to catch up with her as we hadn't seen her since before COVID.

We had Halifax Donairs (House Made Donair [Pork, Veal, Beef], Halifax Donair Sauce, Onion, Tomato, Warm Pita). They were good … the donair sauce tasted like “back home” but the meat was bit too peppery. 

And here we are ... Gord, me and Deanne.

Day was our server ... she was friendly and took good care of us.
