Chen Chen’s Nashville Hot Chicken, Toronto, ON

I stopped in and picked up some lunch today at Chen Chen’s Nashville Hot Chicken  (just east of Gladstone/Queen W) ... it’s in my ‘hood. 

I got a Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich with “Southern” heat (a tiny kick heat) and no slaw. What a sandwich! The chicken was tender with just the right amount of coating and heat. Yum! I also got a large mac ‘n cheese so I can have leftovers.

Chen Chen’s recently made it into the top spot in Yelp’s Canada’s Top 100 Places to Eat in 2024 and I can see why.
