Gord and I had supper at
The Kitchen Bar in Belfast, Ireland.
He had Belfast Ham & Cabbage (Honey glazed ham served on a bed of buttery champ, topped with cider gravy & crispy parsnips).
I had Chicken Stack (Southern fried chicken strips served on a bed of buttery champ, topped with bacon, pepper sauce & onion rings).
Well those do look delicious!
